GIVING THANKS FOOD DRIVE
At Fremont Youth Soccer Club, we believe in developing the whole player, which includes finding ways to give back. It is why, each year, we host a Giving Thanks Food Drive with TCV Food Bank + Mobile Pantry. Players are encouraged to bring non-perishable food to practice to help families in need. You can also drop off your donations at the Fremont YSC Office (44100 Old Warm Springs Blvd) on Monday, November 24th from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M.

MISSION:

VISION:
Every person in the Tri-Cities has access to sufficient nutritious food.
WHO WE ARE:
TCV Food Bank is a non-profit organization that provides food assistance to the residents of Alameda County. We are the largest client-direct food bank in the area. We serve more than 10,000 individuals every month through our marketplace, mobile pantry and bag lunch programs. With a staff of 6, a volunteer force of more than 1,000, and a budget that barely breaks $800,000 we are extremely efficient in distributing over 3.6 million pounds of food annually. We serve all low-income residents of Alameda County. Many of our clients come from migrant families, are under-employed, or are facing unemployment due to disability, a lack of relevant work skills, or other barriers.
HOW WE WORK:
We receive Emergency Food from the Alameda County Community Food Bank and Surplus Food from the USDA. Our fresh produce comes from local farmers and businesses. We also rescue food from local businesses and grocery stores. All of our food is good – we refuse any expired or spoiled items. We also greatly appreciate non-perishable food donations.
DISTRIBUTION HOURS:
Walk Up: Monday–Thursday 10.00 A.M. - 2.00 P.M. Drive-Thru: Friday 10.00 - 11.30 A.M. Closed Weekends
