INTERESTED IN PLAYING COMPETITIVE SOCCER?
If you are interested in playing competitive soccer for the 2026-2027 season, fill out the form below and a coach will follow up to schedule an evaluation. Evaluations will be with the age group for which you are eligible, and we will evaluate you against our long-term development plan, placing you into a team which best suits your needs for development. Our competitive soccer program covers our U8s Training Pool and U9s to U19s competitive players.
Year-Round Talent Identification and Team Selection Evaluations
Players are welcome to be evaluated throughout the year to join the Competitive Program. Attendance to a team's practice session is considered an evaluation, during which the coach will determine the most appropriate program and team for your child. Through identification of players throughout the season, any player we feel needs to be challenged will be invited to practice with another group that would meet their needs while still playing for their initial team. If interested in an in-season evaluation, please follow the process below:
1. If you are a member of any other NorCal Premier Club during the playing season, you must provide us with confirmation that you have permission to train with another club.
3. You will be notified by email of the schedule of the appropriate age group, with the coach inviting you to practice.
4. You will be provided with an electronic evaluation form to present to the coach at the field. The coach will record your details and will submit selection to the Sporting Director.
5. Once staff confirms appropriate selection, an email to register will be sent out.
In line with Nor Cal procedures, if you are intending to join us from a competitive program, you must inform us first so we can obtain written consent from the previous club's Director of Coaching. There is a window for when players may move between clubs, and for clubs to hold official evaluations. At Fremont Youth Soccer Club, we intend to work with full integrity and with all clubs to enable continuity for teams across all clubs.
